Rep. Stinziano to Look at Legislation to Prevent Residents from Living in Unsafe Homes COLUMBUS- In the wake of a deadly Christmas Eve fire that killed three, State Rep. Michael Stinziano (D- Columbus) says he intends to look at state law changes to assist cities in preventing residents from living in unsafe housing. "People in our community should be able to live in housing that is safe," said state Rep. Reps. Stinziano, Grossman Offer Bill for Livable Homes Tax Credits COLUMBUS – Two Central Ohio state lawmakers today introduced bipartisan legislation to improve accessibility for seniors and the disabled in their homes. The bill, offered by State Rep.
